Question by josh F: from this person's mom: Can someone with chronic migraine apply for permanent disability?
I have not worked in 12 years. The older I get the worse my migraines have become. I go to a neruologist and regular internist and take daily medication. I am 49 year old female.

Answer by Hayl XNo you can not, they will tell you it is possible to function under the meds, if your neruologist stood up for you, ud have a better chance but i doubt it
