Question by don't worry about it: Do I seem healthy to you?
About a year ago I became vegetarian and then a month ago I became totally vegan. People have said that my skin looks healthier. I run cross country and weight lift 5 to 6 days a week. I often feel exhausted and dizzy and have headaches everyday. I drink lots of water and avoid caffeine. My mom hates my new lifestyle. Here is what I would eat on an average day:
7 am: a piece of fruit, tea and maybe toast with peanut butter
