Persistent migraine with neck pain. What is it?

Question by Rae: Persistent migraine with neck pain. What is it?
For the last couple of days I have been fighting off a persistent, very light sensitive migraine. Now, not only do I have the normal migraine pains, which have been slightly dulled my my imitrex, but the pain has moved to the base of my skull and top of my neck. What is this? I've never had this pain in association with a migraine before (I usually only get this type of headache/neck pain if I drink alcohol after not drinking
