Question by vash sunglasses ~Catholic~: Catholics: Fasting gives me a tension-migraine headache, does that excuse me from fasting during Lent?
(Tension migraine headaches are when you have both a tension headache and a migraine headache at the same time. I get a lot of tension headaches because of my spinal deformity, but lately I also get migraines and going without food tends to bring them on.)
