Question by Liz: Anybody have a good cure for migraine headaches?
I get really bad migraine headaches, and I have tried just about everything to get rid of them. I’ve done everything: Pressure points, medication, and even just trying to sleep it off in a dark and silent room. I'm afraid of needles, so acupuncture is not an option. Please tell me someone has a good cure, because I am tired of migraines ruining my life!
