Question by Patience: Do you know of any natural remedies for migraine headaches?
My younger sister gets intolerable migraines yet refuses for some reason to take prescription drugs to alleviate them.

Answer by tacoI showered with slightly cooler water. Also ate ice chips to cool down the roof of my mouth. Worked for me. Hope it helps her. Good Luck.
