Question by been there: Is there any relief for migraine headaches?
I get a migraine headache almost every time it rains. I've seen doctor's for the headaches, but nothing seems to help.
Does this happen to anyone else and what do yo do to relieve the headaches?

Answer by BonsylarI used to get migrains once or twice a month.
I changed 1 thing in my life and have had 2 in the last 2 YEARS!!!
My change:
I quit drinking soda.
That's it. That's ALL I did!
