Question by Em: Changing from dosulepin to amitriptyline for migraine prevention?
I've been taking 25mg dosulepin for the last 2 months as migraine prevention. I went to
my docs last week and she has advised me to change to 10mg amitriptyline instead as she thinks this medication will work better. Does anybody know how long I should wait before taking amitriptyline? I know that both medications are tricyclic anti depressants so am
