i was recently diagnosed with complex migraines. i think i may have orthostatic hypotension as well. i have low blood pressure while changing positions and am lightheaded while sitting or standing up. i always have a dull headache and get dizzy and have confusion spells, so of the symptoms of these are the same for both so thats why i am asking. i am on migraine medicine which helps some of
