Question by .: How do you get rid of a dull migraine head ache with out meds?
Ive got a dull migraine head ache from over sleeping. I tried drinking coffee but to no luck. Its not debilitating, its just bothersome and painful :/ I just want to get rid of it quick and now. Could taking a cold shower help? Sleep might not work....

Answer by IndyGirlNot a cold shower, a very hot one. Hot water therapy is quite effective. There is also a spot at the base of the skull
