Question by Bella C <3: treating migraine with magnesium?
ok so some people suggested treating my migraine with magnesium. I have Calcium and Magnesium pills that have 173mg Calcium and 100mg Magnesium. How many can I safely take right now to help my migraine?
the bottle says to take one with all 3 meals a day, but I dont know if I should just take 3 now, or if thats safe, or what...
