I just quit cold turkey with the caffeine. I have weened myself off the migraine preventative and haven't taken it at all for 3 days now. I just yesterday gave up all caffeine and all day I had a terrible headache. I woke up with the headache today, but it has eased up a bit. How long will it take for my body to adjust to being caffeine and
