Trying to switch to natural remedies and I'm just curious what an herb doctor would normally prescribe

If liver yang is rising excessively, a TCM doctor may prescribe herbs that calm the rising yang. Maybe chrysanthemum, white peony (bai shao), pearl (zhen zhu mu), etc.
